Can VOR work alongside our implementation partner?
Yes. The assessment can support the executive sponsor and implementation team by clarifying the operating question, decision ownership and evidence. Roles and access are agreed before the work begins.
Can one engagement assess an entire multi-site rollout?
The engagement must have a workable boundary and one principal question. We may focus on a representative site, a cross-site operating issue or a specific decision, depending on the access and confidence required.
